Jiayu India Release,Video:Jiayu G4 and G6, Aims to sell 6,00,000 units!!

Hot news from the recently concluded Jiayu fan meet at Senzhen. Though this was an all Chinese event getting your hands on authentic stuff and news in english was near impossible, until now. YouTuber Charbax had a great interview with the India Distributor for the Jiayu/Androidguruz franchisee chain.

The interview came up with some interesting and surprising facts about the upcoming launch of Jiayu, Androidguruz and the future of chinese phones in the Indian market.

Jiayu G4 to sell 6,00,000 units in the first batch

The distributor has confirmed that Jiayu aims to sell a stunning 6,00,000 units in its first batch, this coming with a configuration of 1.2 Ghz MT6589 Quad Core processor, 1GB RAM, 720p display, 3000MaH battery and 16GB/32GB inbuilt storage and retail price of 13,500INR (250USD approx) we feel this is a very achievable target.

When the Canvas series of phones from Micromax with inferior specs could sell a Million phones in the Indian market we feel this will be achievable target for the Chinese Newbie.

However the Jiayu G4 will have no gorilla glass in the Indian version, though Jiayu plans a Gorilla glass version of the phone soon. The phone will have one Micro and one full size SIM slot.
