So what is the Apple stores are yet not to be seen in India, you could have an Android Store can't you?
Well Google has done just that by planning the launch of their brick and Mortar store In New Delhi.Android Nation will market and sell Android devices made by the likes of Samsung, HTC and LG, as well as manufacturers that have yet to open operations in India.
One example, is Coolpad, which is the third largest smartphone brand in China.
Spice will be selling phones under the Spice Coolpad brand when the store opens.Google is planning set up the stores in various Indian cities and the first store would open up in New Delhi’s Select Citywalk mall and the company is supposedly seeking a location the size of 1200 to 1500 square feet.
The first Android Nation Store opened in Indonesia, Jakarta in mid-2012, which has now expanded to one more that operates in partnership with Indonesian electronics retailer Erafone.
The Store will also have staff to help customers choose the right phone, answer questions, help find out more about the latest Android apps and help procure software updates.
Exciting news Indeed, hope they open one in Bangalore too!!
