Sony has sent out invites to the Indian media for the launch of their new flagship phone the Sony Xperia Z aka the Sony Honami. The Sony Xperia Z1 comes with a 5.0-inch Full HD TFT Triluminos OptiContrast X-Reality for Mobiles display, powered by a 2.2GHz Quad-Core Snapdragon 800 processor, Adreno 330 GPU.
The Sony Xperia Z1 had 2GB RAM, Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean, and single aluminium frame with tempered glass on the front and back. Xperia Z1 comes with IP55/IP58 water and dust resistant certification.
The smartphone also features, 10 fingers multi-touch support, 16GB internal storage with 64GB microSD card expansion, 3,000 mAh battery, and 1/2.3-inch 20.7MP Sony G lens Exmor RS rear sensor with 8x digital zoom, dedicated camera shutter key, LED flash and mobile BIONZ image processing system along with 2MP Exmor R front facing camera.
