Zopo 990 aka Zopo Captain S: 6.0",1080p, 1.5 Ghz QuadCore monster by Zopo Confirmed!

So what is Samsung is releasing the Note 3 and SmartNamo is releasing the SmartNamo Saffron series (rebranded Orient Mega!) Zopo and replied back and with thunder too!

Say hello to the new Zopo Zp990 aka Zopo Captain S! This 6.0" Monster of an Android Smartphone is a fitting reply to all of Zopo's competitors!

The Zopo 990 will be powered by a 1.5Ghz Quad Core MT6589T Chipset, with 1GB of RAM and 16GB ROM in its first iteration. The other models will have 2GB RAM and 32GB ROM too. The GPU is PowerVR SGX544MP.

The Captain S will have a beautiful 6.0" 1080p display ably protected by Gorilla Glass!

The screen has a Pixels Per Inch density of the Zopo 990 is 367ppi which is higher than the 267ppi of the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and 240ppi of the Huawei Ascend Mate.

The primary camera on the phone will be 13MP with CMOS, F2.2 Large aperture, and a Super LED flash. The Camera will be capable of 1080p video capture at 1080p.

The front facing camera will be 5MP capable of HD video recording!

The phone will also feature a 9.2mm slim profile with a 2.8mm narrow frame. The Battery powering this beauty will be 3000mAH which is optimised to provide 11hours of Internet browsing over 3G and 320 hours standby. This is a major addition as the extra battery is much needed for the 1080p power hungry screen and Turbo Quadcore chipset!

The phone will be released in black and white colour combinations.
