Oppo to team with Cyanogen Inc as Hardware Partner in their new N1!

Ok this is pretty huge!

Oppo N1 is said to cost 480$, boast a 12MP camera with a revolutionary N Lens, 1080p Display and Ultrathin bezels.

Just last week the internet was abuzz with rumors of Cyanogen planning to build the third most popular alternative to Android and iOS (Based on Android of course!) and also hinted that is was looking for Hardware partners for its Cyanogen OS.

Last week the keen eyes at GizChina had spotted the Oppo N1 in this MKBHD video(Which Later turned out to be an LG G2

And now  Cyanogenmod founder Steve Kondik telling us how he will be attending the Oppo N1 launch event was revelaed in this video. This is great news Indeed for all smartphone fans as Oppo which is known for its killer Hardware will get a great ally in terms of Software in Cyanogen which will not only provide the latest and greatest of Android features in all Oppo partnered phones but also add the cool customizations in the Oppo phones that Cyanogen is so much famous for!

Here's hoping that just like Google Editions of Smartphones we will soon have Cyanogen Editions of Smartphones from all Major manufacturers soon.
