NVIDIA Tegra Note to be sold as Xolo Note in India at 20000INR price tag!

Nvidia has recently launched the new tablet powered by the new tegra 4 chipset. The new tab is called the Nvidia Tegra Note and has some awesome impressive features to boast of and Give the likes of Google Neus 7 a run for its money. It has the A15 architecture by cortex for all the 4 cores coupled with 72 cores Gefource GPU and 1 GB of RAM.

In India it will be sold under the xolo branding and EVGA and PNY Technologies in North America; EVGA, Oysters and ZOTAC in Europe; Colorful, Shenzhen Homecare Technology and ZOTAC in Asia-Pacific to sell the Tegra Note tablet. This is a tablet with stylus support just like the Galaxy note series.

Another interesting thing to note is that the tab will be made by nvedia itself and then sold under individual brand names in different countries to get the maximum worldwide coverage.


Main spec’s:    


  • It boasts a brilliant screen of 1280X800 px and 16 GB internal memory  but sadly there is no inbuilt sim slot. 
  • Expandable memory is only up to 32 GB via a micro SD card. 
  • It has a 5 MP rear and a VGA front camera and comes with Bluetooth support.

The tablet will support 10 hours of HD video playback and the Stylus will come equipped with chisel and brush tips. The Tablet is also said to be powered by Vanilla Android and will be supported by OTA updates directly from NVIDIA rather than depending on its hardware partners.



In a promotional video featuring Ayshman Kurran the Xolo Note was briefly shown and the stylus design all but confirms that this will the Tegra Note.

Expected pricing of 15000INR the Tegra Note will make its debut in India in October.
