SmartNamo which is closing in on its September release has posted more photos of its SmartNamo Series of Smartphones on its Facebook page. Interestingly for the first time responding to a fan query has reveled that it would be launching its phones in popular online seller Snapdeal.com
This would be a great value booster for a fledgling newbie in the smartphone block in India. The SmartNamo Saffaron 1 essentially a rebranded Turbo version of the UMI X2 was also showcased.
Another interesting thing was the appearance of an yet to be announced feature phone in the photo which seems to be a feature phone.
The latest set of photos seem to point that the new company is making all the right moves and is all set for a great release. Its Facebook page has garnered over 7000+ like too making it one of the fastest growing mobile brand fan pages in India.
How well it sustains its popularity and translates it to sales success is a question to be answered this September. Interesting times ahead.
