The Red Rice which is priced at an Indian prices of approx 8000INR (in todays inflated exchange rates) offers a 4.7inch HD screen with 1.5Ghz Quad Core MT6589T chipset, 1GB RAM, MIUI V5, 8MP primary camera (by Samsung) and 1.3MP front facing camera!
