Exclusive- UMI Announces S1 pricing for India at 12000 INR (221 USD)

Today we got the first english hands on review of the X2 and UMI had silenced a lot of Critics and Naysayers who doubted the availability of X2 and the authenticity of UMI's claims.

But the company seems to be in no mood of sitting on its achievements.

It has gone ahead and detailed the pricing for the "HTC inspired" UMI S1 at 12000INR (221 USD)

UMI S1 now available in India at 12000INR

We had reported earlier that UMI would be pricing the phone between 10-12000INR and this has been confirmed today by an announcement by the UMI India Facebook page.

The specs are also confirmed and it will run on a MT6589 Processor with 1GB RAM and 8 GB ROM. 

The screen will be an HD screen  boasting  a 1280x720 resolution. It will also have a 8.0MP camera and 2.0MP secondary camera (not 5MP as reported earlier)
