Well when we got the leaked spec sheet of the Micromax Canvas4 and the close up photos many went on to say it was a fake and the specs were all cooked up. Well the Micromax Canvas 4 went up for preorder today and Surprise surprise it is the same picture (almost!)

So we are now sure of the specs too, the Canvas 4 will with a Mediatek powered MT6589 1.2Ghz Quad Core processor, 1GB RAM and impressive 16GB ROM. The GPU is PowerVR Series 5XT.
The screen is a beautiful 5 inch HD display with 1280*720p (16M colors with 312ppi) and for the first time ever in the Micromax Canvas series Corning Gorilla Glass 2!
The imaging department is more impressive still with 13MP Auto Focus camera with 4032 x 3224 pixels, autofocus, LED flash, Geo-tagging, touch to focus, Image stabilization, face and smile detection,Photosphere, HDR, Video recoding at 1080p@30fps (full HD).
The secondary camera is a 5MP camera with HD recording capability.
The of the specs are up to date too like 3G (HSDPA 850 / 1900 / 2100) with speed of 42 Mbps (down); HSUPA, 21 Mbps (up) ;WLAN Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n with Wi-Fi Direct and Wi-Fi hotspot, Bluetooth v4.0 ,USB microUSB v2.0.
