be the solution to that the new range of Konka smartphones namely the K5 and
the K5 advanced labeled ‘van Gogh’.
The phone
will go on sale later this month in china, and soon can be expected to hit the Indian
shores. The K5 basic edition will have the normal MT6589 with 1 GB ram and 4 GB
internal memory. Nothing interesting right but the advanced edition ‘van Gogh’
will have a built-in finger print scanner into the home button (yes you read it right),it
will enable you to lock your phone and can only be accessed with your finger print,
it also allows you to set up a guest account which enable you to lock certain
apps on the phone so others can’t see it. There are reports the new iPhone which
will be released soon will have this kind of technology.
Both versions
of K5 will have a 4.8 inch super AMOLED 720p display along with a 13 MP rear
and 1.3 MP front shooters backed by a 2200 mAh battery and dual sim support.
The basic
version is expected to be priced around 320$ (20,000 rs.) and the advance
version ‘van Gogh’ to be priced at 441$ (26500 rs.)
