LG GPad 8.3 tablet an extra large LG G2?

Tablets are more or less divided into two distinct categories the 7" and 10". The former faces a severe threat of extinction thanks to the relentless increse of Smartphone sizes which now stands between 6" to 6.5"!!

So where does a company position what can be considered as its first tablet in the market?

Well the answer as per LG executives seems to be somewhere in between- and 8.3" LG GPad 8.3 and as you can see from the official renders from the company, next to the LG G2 is an extended LG G2!

As per the FCC filing the Tablet will feature a 1920 x 1200 Full HD display and that it will be debuted at IFA 2013 next week in Berlin, Germany. This will be the first LG tablet to be released since 2011, when the Korean company brought us the Optimus Pad running Android 3.0 Honeycomb.

The rest of the specs seem to be similar if not same as the G2. No official word from the company except a video rush which showcases the same.
