LG Optimus L9II released with HD screen, Upgraded processor and 8MP camera

The LG Optimus L9 II or should we say LG L9 II as LG is reportedly trashing the optimus line was officially unveiled in Europe.
The L9 II borrows design cues in the front from the flagship LG G2 and is missing the Dual SIM support. But spec wise we see a significant upgrade like the screen being a 4.7-inch display with HD 720p resolutiona ,the phone is powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 MSM8320 processor with Adreno 305 GPU.
The L9 II also has 1GB RAM, 8GB internal memory, expandable memory up 32GB via microSD. The primary camera is 8MP camera with LED flash, BSI sensor. The front facing camera is a 1.3MP unit.
The phone will also feature the usual knick knacks like 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS / aGPS. The device will be powered by a 2150mAH battery that will run you easily through a normal day.
But with the fall in the Rupee value the phone may end up being priced close to 18k at which recent phone like the Xolo Q1000S offer superior processor, better camera and internal memory. Wonder is LG makes the cut here?
