Still no Start button :(

Today we got our hands on what's cooking behind the closed doors of Redmond.

The leaked sneak preview from winbeta shows some significant improvements in the Windows 8 platform, however for those hoping for the good old Start button to say "Ill be back!" be ready to be disappointed as Microsoft seems to have made up its mind to bury the start button with Windows 7.

Top Changes include

  2. Clicking on bottom of the screen now reveals the Apps list which is sorted by the most used, the date it was installed, and by the name of the app
  3. Search charm integrated to start screen, no more leaving the screen to search what you are looking for.
  4. Snap view has also been updated to make it easier for you to choose where you want to Snap the app to
  5. New option to connect to a wireless display
  6. New touchpad options in PC Settings
  7. More Ease of Access settings, and
  8. 'Save Files to SkyDrive by default' setting
While this is still in Development phase the public preview is expected to make its debut in June 2013.
