Exclusive: Gionee Elife E6 mini in the works!

The Gionee Elife E6 is yet to hit the markets but that hasn't stopped the company from going ahead and starting work on the Gionee Elife E6 mini! The phone is expected to same the same build and iPhone like finish like the Elife E6 but internal specifications will be reduced to match the reduced price tag.
The Screen is expected to be reduced to 720p from the current 1080p, ROM will be reduced from 32GB to 16GB ROM and RAM will also be 1GB RAM and not the 2GB as equipped in the Elife E6.
Camera will be downgraded from 13MP to a conservative 8MP.
What will remain unchanged is the 2000mAH battery and MT6589T processor will be the same. Also the build quality and finish that is yet to be seen in any other phones in this category. The problem however is that Gionee already has a phone with similar specifications called the Elife E5 which is now retailing at 20K INR.. It would be interesting to see how Gionee Prices this device when the pricing of the Gionee Elife E6 is still officially not announced in India
