UMI X2:Offers free upgrade to "Turbo"version, release unlikely in May!

UMI is at it again. This phone maker can easily step into politics in India for just like politicians it has been been promising the moon but we are yet to see a single phone in the market! And now it has belligerently announces that all those who booked the UMI X2 will recieve a free upgrade to its newly announced Turbo version
This will have the same specs except it will have a MT6589T chipset clocked in at 1.5Ghz. This is said to boost the performance of the UMI X2.
We had also run an article in the Challenges which UMI has been facing which was responsible for its current delay.
This too was confirmed by the official forum of UMI.
A mere 30000 units of the 32GB version will be produced by the 15th of May and 20000 units of its 16GB+1 GB RAM. At this rate only a miracle will save UMI. We don't see any hopes of seeing this phone in the next 2 months atleast at this rate.
Will you still wait for the UMI or start looking for alternatives like the Zopo Zp980? or even the Lenovo K900 ?
