Xolo Q1000:Listed on Flipkart, one up to Micromax HD in Specs!

Couple of weeks ago we had predicted the coming of the Xolo X1000. Now the a new slim Quad core beast has been spotted on Flipkart. The phone which was rumored on run on a tegra 3 processor is now confirmed to run on a 1.2 GHz, Quad Core MTK 6589 processor. It Runs on Android Jelly Bean 4.2 out of the box and has 1GB RAM and PowerVR SGX544 graphics chip for gaming needs.

Xolo Q1000 Promises to be good VFM phone

The Phone boasts of an HD screen of 1280*720 resolution with IPS HD  5 Finger Touch Display-Vivid and Sharp Display ably protected by the scratch resistant Japanese Dragon Trail Glass. The phone has Full HD playback feature.

The primary Camera is an 8MP camera with BSI Sensor, Auto Focus, CMOS Sensor capable of full HD 1080p shooting. The front facing 2MP camera is capable of HD recording and video calling.

The phone is a sexy 8.8mm thin with a 2100mAH battery rated to give 14hrs of talktime on 2G, 10hrs on 3G.

It has Wifi (802.11 b/g/n) and 3G (42.2 Mbps HSDPA; 11.5 Mbps HSUPA), Bluetooth 4.0.

The Dual SIM phone has 4GB ROM expandable to 32GB via micro SD card.

At this price it will surely stump the likes of the Karbonn S5, Micromax A116 (HD), Zen Ultrafone et al.

However if you are looking for a Full HD screen at 12k then the Zopo Zp980 is a viable alternative, if you do not mind a chinese brand as it comes with the same specs, Full HD screen and no Scratch proof glass.

Or at 14999 the newly released Wickedleak Wammy Z gives the Xolo Q1000 a run for its money as it comes with a Full HD display
