Jiayu Prices its product Range In India,Jiayu G4 Turbo version "coming soon!"

This afternoon we got a mail from Jiayu India with the price list of its upcoming mobile range in India.
Though our eyes are on the Jiayu G4 and Jiayu G4 turbo the other phones in the Jiayu Portfolio boost some decent specs too.
So without much further ado here is the complete list.
1) Jiayu G2 (512MB RAM/1GB RAM)
One of the earlier builds of Jiayu the phone comes with modest specs like 4" Screen with WVGA 480 x 800, an MT6575 Cortex-A9 1GHz processor, 512MB/1GB RAM and 4GB ROM. The Android 4.0 powered phone supports Dual SIM and comes with all the standard features of a true blue smartphone like Bluetooth, WiFi and GPS.
The Primary camera is 8.0MP capable of HD recording and secondary camera is 0.3MP.
The phone also comes equipped with Gravity Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Light Sensor and FM Radio.
The battery size is also an impressive 2050mAH.
The Jiayu G2 is priced in India at 8999INR(+) Shipping for the 512MB RAM model and 9999INR+) Shippingfor the 1GB RAM model
2) Jiayu G2 Plus (Jiayu G2S)
The Jiayu G2S, like the name suggests, is an upgraded version of the Jiayu G2 (1GB RAM). The difference here is the addition of a 1Ghz Dual core processor instead of the single core processor.

Jiayu G4 (1GB Youth Version)

The phone comes with Dual SIM Phone comes with a Mediatek 1.2Ghz Quad core MT6589 processor (Same as UMI X2), with 1GB RAM and 4GB ROM (Expandable to 64GB via micro SD card). It comes with an HD (1280*720) 312 ppi ,Screen protected by Gorilla Glass 2 and OGS.
It has a Primary 13MP (With BSI and CMOS capable of 1080p video capture at 30fps) Camera and secondary 2MP front facing camera. It runs Android 4.2.1.
It also has all the other Knick knacks you would want in a phone like GPS, WIFI, Bluetooth, FM, Gyroscope,Compass,Gravity Sensor, Proximity Sensor and Light Sensor. The Keys however are not backlit and may take some time getting used to.

Wrap Up and Our thoughts
Although the Dollar rates have risen significantly in the past few weeks it still is a fact that the phones Jiayu plans to release is overpriced considering the hot scenario in the Indian Smartphone Market.
To say the least the Wickedleak Wammy Passion Z comes with a Full HD screen, Quad Core and 1GB RAM at 15000INR! There are a ton of mobiles in India at the 9999INR range which are offering Quad Core Mediatek processors with 1GB RAM and at 12500INR The Zen Ultrafone HD seems like a unrivalled prince amongst the budget category. And at the 10500INR category the Micromax Canvas 2plus provides great VFM.
If you look well into your neighborhood stores and do some hard bargaining you can even buy a Quad Core Samsung Galaxy Quattro! at 14000-15000INR price band. The Samsung Galaxy S Advance with Super AMOLED screen is available at 13500INR
Actual availibilty and Warranty is another worry for potential customers. We have written back to Jiayu asking sclarifications on the same and will keep you posted.
