Lemon Mobiles became the first budget Indian Phone manufacturer to come up with the Full HD (1080p) display with 1920*1080p display phone in India the Lemon A4. This is a bold move by the company who have so far limited their models to the sub 10000INR range category.
The design and the specifications (and price) of the Lemon A4 is reminiscent of the Zopo Zp980 (16GB) version. The patterned back, the slim industrial design, with banded steel side points out that this is nothing but the rebranded version of the Zopo Zp980.
The rest of the specs of the Lemon A4 are similar too, here is a rundown
The flip side however is the relatively small battery of 1850mAH which makes it running through an average "Smartphone" day highly doubtful. And a consumer paying 17999INR for a relatively unknown player in the Indian market will be the significant challenge for the phone maker.
On the bright side however we see that the presence of some kind of customer service network over the none of the recently entered Chinese brands like UMI, Zopo, Jiayu gives it slight edge.
But does it mean you will pay 2000 more than the original Zopo Zp980 16GB ROM version??
