Of late a strange new breed of ultra low budget smartphones are emerging out in the market with a meagre RAM of 256MB and yet running Android 4.2! My Canvas 2 (which retires today- "Claps") has 512MB RAM and with the range of applications I run on my phone it just hangs forces me to clear up all the exceess processess to get back to normal working, I wonder how a relatively heavy/feature filled Android 4.2+Apps runs on a measely 256MB RAM?

The phone boasts of a 1.2Ghz Dual Core Mediatek chip, 256MB RAM, 3.2MP primary and VGA front facing camera. Internal memory is again a measely 512MB, expandable to 32GB via MicroSD card, but then for 4699INR list price you cannot expect miracles right? Plus at this price range a phone running Android 4.2.2 is quite unimaginable
